Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology or related degree and 3 years experience in a clinical or therapeutic environment. Must be able to work and communicate effectively within clinical team and across organizational teams. Must be able to work and communicate effectively with children with complex trauma histories. Summary: Provide advocacy and case work responsibilities for children while serving as team liaison with internal and external systems with which the children and their families interact. Maintain professional relationships with each of these systems to ensure the development and implementation of viable plans of care for the child/family during placement that conforms to the permanency plan for the child.
