Caroline Hart
Chief Advancement Officer
Caroline is a member of the School’s Leadership Team. In her role as Chief Advancement Officer, she is responsible for overseeing fundraising, volunteer, and marketing/communication initiatives for the School. She is charged with planning, implementing and managing a comprehensive external relations program. After serving 17 years in higher education fundraising, Caroline joined The Crossnore School family in November 2014.

Kelli Wilson
Senior Advancement Officer
Kelli serves as the primary major gift fundraiser for The Crossnore School. Most recently, she successfully led the efforts of the 2nd Century Campaign. Kelli is responsible for coordinating all DAR efforts, executing estate planning initiatives, and cultivating new relationships with School friends. She joined The Crossnore School family more than 5 years ago as a teacher at Williams Academy, and joined the Advancement team in 2012.

Jordan Slagle
Director of Communications
Jordan serves as The Director of Communications for The Crossnore School. Jordan is responsible for all development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies for the school. She joined The Crossnore School family in February of 2015.

Phyllis Arnett
Direct Mail/Donor Record Coordinator
Phyllis maintains the accuracy of the School’s donor database, processes all cash donations, and provides reporting to support development efforts. She also coordinates all direct mail for the Office of Advancement. She has served The Crossnore School in a variety of capacities during her 34-year tenure.
